Research on the Existence and Mechanisms of Conscious and Unconscious Gender Bias in the Labor Market

This project seeks to examine the relationship between workers’ attributes, social factors, psychological factors, and gender bias, utilizing employee survey data about promotions and evaluations. It provides a framework to avoid gender bias in corporate personnel policy formulation.
